Guests are allowed to visit for up to 7 day consecutive days, but no more than 14 days in one month.
We offer a wide selection of Lease Terms to fit your time frame and budget. The Longest Lease Term currently available is 15-months and has the best rate calculated in.
No you will need to resubmit a new application and pay a new deposit.
You may add on roommates but we do not allow subletting. All Residents over the age of 18 yrs must complete an application, pass a back ground check and credit check.
2x the base rent with a 60 day notice.
Maintenance
Turn unit, ensure all appliances are fictional and complete a final walk through to ensure we have completed the turn successfully.
Yes we have an onsite team.
Work order needs to be placed and maintenance will take care of the repairs.
Typically through work order but if issue is urgent or out of their control they will make manager aware and come up with a plan.
No need to be present unless they prefer. Maintenance will just need permission to enter the home in order to complete work.
During business ours we can break the locks at a $50 charge and provide new keys but after hours you will need to call a lock smith.
As long as it doesn't damage the Property or violate any lease terms.
