I wanted to take a moment and give a much deserved shout out to the office staff. I have honestly lived here for 4 years ... because of the kindness of all of them. Daisy always stops what she’s doing to help with any concerns I may have and is always so kind. Susie, I absolutely love her! She always greets with such a warm welcome and is indeed truly genuine. Marisol is always helpful and kind and has gone out of her way many times. Antonio who I believe is the newest addition always greets with a smile and is willing to help. I have lived here for almost 4 years, have never had any issues at all. The entire office staff is amazing, they listen to ... your concerns and handle all issues as fast as they can. They have personally helped me beyond measure. I truly feel at home here. Maintenance is always on top of issues as well. I would recommend Stonebridge to anyone. This is the first apartment I have lived in where I have had a positive experience. All of the staff in the leasing office ... (shoutout Susie) is kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. When I moved in there were a few roaches, but I can't say I have ever moved into an apartment totally roach-free, and I was able to clear the issue pretty fast with roach bait. Every time I put in a maintenance request, they have come to fix it within 2 days. For the price and location, I would definitely recommend this place!!! Welcome to Stonebridge To my surprise there is a community where the leasing office tells you no lies. There are no hidden ... fees to make the rent look lower on their website. The office staff are polite and helpful. The floorplans are open and spacious. The facilities are wonderful, especially the gym. I walked into the office expecting to get the same runaround I had from all the other apartments I had visited. Imagine my shock and relief to have found Suzie and her team smiling back at me and no bait and switch. 10 out of 10 would recommend all day every day. From the moment you walk into the gorgeous office, you know you are “home” At least I did! You are immediately greeted by ... the most amazing group of ladies that clearly care about you and work tirelessly to get the job done. And the maintenance staff? I literally don’t know when they begin their day or end it, they are CONSTANTLY WORKING and it shows. Which leads me to the beautifully cared for grounds. There’s not a stray leaf out of place. I wake up every day poolside feeling as if I’m at a 5 star hotel. They are AMAZING. I personally have one of the renovated units and I was on the fence about spending extra to do so….nope, worth EVERY SINGLE dime. I come home everyday beyond proud of my place. I just recently hosted a BBQ and a work friend walked from room to room saying what an amazing place I had comparing it to her house and she even asked to touch the kitchen backsplash!! People, that’s how nice this place is. However, I hate to share this because I don’t want the secret out! I love my little paradise! And thats where I will wrap up-talk about location. I moved here in December 2019. It is a great place to live. I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. ... The office staff is attentive and responds timely. The maintenance crew here are quick to resolve any issues and are very friendly. Love the pool areas. The people that live here are respectful of others. I have never had any noise issues. It is actually quiet in the complex. The location is perfect for me. I will be renewing my lease when it comes time to due so. It is definitely a 5 star complex. From day 1, James in the office has been great to work with! He’s professional, has great good communication skills, & efficiently ... follows through on any task. The New Manager & the rest of their team are also friendly & helpful any time we go into the office. The community is clean, quite, and has great amenities!! I've lived here for approximately 6 months now and have had a couple issues that needed to be adressed so when I say what ... I'm about to say know I speak from experience . Not only has the office staff but more importantly the maintenance staff taken care of my issues but have done so in a timely fashion . With ZERO interruptions to my life here. I'm sure they don't get the credit they deserve. I don't care that I had problems I care how they are addressed or not ( if you will) . I have a couple co-workers that live next door in the presidio apartments and they don't get the level of service or experience of our maintenance staff. Keep up the great work!!!
